VIOlight Travel Toothbrush Sanitizer Reviewed by Thomas R. Fletcher
VIOlight uses the same technology used by dental offices and hospitals to
sanitize instruments. Simply brush,
rinse and place the toothbrush in the rubber holder, bristles facing the bulb.
The unit contains a small germicidal ultraviolet light that kills
bacteria and germs. The UV bulb
illuminates when the lid is closed for approximately seven minutes.
The light kills 99% of the bacteria it comes in contact with, sanitizing
the toothbrush for the next use. The
convenient size—only slightly larger than a standard toothbrush case—acts as
a sanitized toothbrush travel case. The
