She has excellent suggestions for both indoor and outdoor activities to keep everyone on the family active. She has games for indoors, games for outdoors, games for snow, and games for water. Kennedy remembers her active days of youth, days of active play missed by many in the sedentary day in which we live. Today, with obesity levels soaring too many lives are dominated by the television and computers.
